Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of airserviceline.com and any related services provided by Air Service Line LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the site or using our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About us

Air Service Line LLC is a private company registered in Oregon, United States, at 1600 N Riverside Ave, Medford, OR 97501. We publish travel-disruption guides and provide paid consultations to help travellers exercise their consumer rights with airlines.

2. What we are - and what we are not

Air Service Line is an information service. We are not an airline, travel agent, tour operator, government body or law firm. We do not sell flights, hotels or insurance, and we cannot enforce decisions on airlines on your behalf. Our paid services are limited to advice, document drafting and case follow-up.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use paid services. By submitting a request you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are entitled to act on the booking in question (your own, or with the authorisation of the passenger).

4. Free content

4.1 Accuracy

We work hard to keep guides current with EU Regulation 261/2004, US DOT 14 CFR Part 259, the Montreal Convention and other applicable rules. Aviation regulations and airline policies change. Always verify the latest position with the airline, airport or relevant authority before acting.

4.2 No professional advice

Free articles are general information and do not constitute legal, financial or insurance advice tailored to your specific situation. Use them as a starting point, not a final answer.

5. Paid services

5.1 What we deliver

Paid services may include a written claim letter, a 30-minute consultation, follow-up emails to the airline on your behalf, or a complaint filed with the relevant regulator. The exact scope is described at point of purchase.

5.2 Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in USD or EUR and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Stripe. We may decline to take on a case if it falls outside our expertise or if we believe the claim has no reasonable prospect of success.

5.3 No guaranteed outcome

We cannot guarantee that an airline will pay compensation, refund a ticket, or accept a complaint. Our service is to prepare and present your case professionally. The decision rests with the airline or the regulator.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to submit false information.
  • Scrape, copy or republish our content in bulk without written permission.
  • Attempt to access systems, accounts or data you are not authorised to use.
  • Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) in a way that overloads the site.
  • Upload malicious code, abusive content or anything that infringes a third party's rights.

7. Intellectual property

All content on airserviceline.com - including text, logos, graphics and code - is owned by Air Service Line LLC or licensed to us. You may read, print and share short excerpts for personal, non-commercial use, with a link back to the source. Any other use requires our written permission.

8. User submissions

If you send us booking details, photos, receipts or messages for a case, you grant us a limited licence to use them only for the purpose of handling your case. We do not claim ownership of your documents.

9. Third-party links and services

The site may link to airlines, regulators, payment providers or comparison tools. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security or terms. Use them at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Air Service Line LLC, its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost compensation claims, missed flights or related costs arising from your use of the site or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 100, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, breach of these Terms, or infringement of any third party right.
