This Privacy Policy explains how Air Service Line LLC ("Air Service Line", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit airserviceline.com or contact our support team. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.

2.1 Information you give us

When you use the contact form, request a callback, or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message. If you book a paid consultation we also collect billing details handled by our payment processor.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the site we collect technical and usage data: IP address (truncated for analytics), browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time on page, and approximate location based on IP. This is collected via cookies and similar technologies.

2.3 Information from third parties

If you reach us through a partner site, ad campaign or social platform, we may receive a referral identifier so we can credit the source. We do not buy personal data from data brokers.

3. How we use your information

  • Reply to your enquiries and provide the help you requested.
  • Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, receipts, reminders).
  • Improve our content, fix bugs and measure which guides actually help.
  • Detect fraud, abuse and protect the security of the site.

7. International transfers

Our providers are mainly in the US and the EU. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA / UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

  • Support emails: 24 months from last contact.
  • Billing and tax records: 7 years (legal requirement).
  • Website analytics: 14 months in pseudonymous form.
  • Marketing list: until you unsubscribe.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, port it to another provider, and withdraw consent at any time. 10. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Submit requests to help@airserviceline.com with the subject line "California privacy request".

11. Children

The site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Security

We use HTTPS across the site, encrypted backups, role-based access for staff, and two-factor authentication on internal tools. No system is 100% secure, so we keep collection minimal and review our practices regularly.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when. For material changes we will notify you by email or a banner on the site.
